Second grade (2015-16) has been working hard on our poetry unit. We were having so much fun learning about how to use imagery to paint a picture in our readers mind, that we decided to embark on an epic three part journey to do the ultimate painted poetry project. We started our journey at the zoo where we wrote shape poems for some awesome animals. Then with the help of Mrs. Cettri & Mrs. Kirti we use our iPad's to record ourselves painting our poem's blue. Finally with some help from Mrs. Willis, Mrs Sudha, and the magic of iMove we brought our animals to life.
